04 / SUBMISSION DETAILS

Paper Submission Guidelines

Please read the following instructions and policies carefully before submitting your manuscript.

Originality & Scope

Manuscripts must present original, unpublished research contributing significantly to the conference tracks. Submissions must not be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Format & Page Limits

Papers must follow the standard IEEE double-column format (A4 size). The standard page limit is six (6) pages including all figures, tables, and references. Over-length page charges apply up to a maximum limit.

Plagiarism & Similarity

Papers will be screened using CrossCheck / Turnitin. Submissions with high similarity scores will be desk-rejected. Authors must comply strictly with the IEEE Plagiarism Guidelines.

Peer Review Policy

All submissions undergo rigorous, double-blind peer review by at least two domain experts. Review criteria focus on technical quality, significance, novelty, clarity, and relevance to the conference scope.

Key Author Requirements & Compliance

  • Submission Mode: All manuscripts must be submitted electronically in PDF format via the designated conference portal. Direct submissions through email will not be accepted.
  • Blind Submission: Do not include author names, affiliations, email addresses, or acknowledgment acknowledgments in the initial submission draft to facilitate blind review.
  • Camera-Ready Verification: Final accepted papers must pass IEEE PDF eXpress compliance checks before camera-ready submission.
  • Copyright Transfer: Authors of accepted papers must transfer publication rights to IEEE via the IEEE Electronic Copyright (eCF) system prior to publication.
  • Presentation Policy (No-Show Rule): At least one author must register at the non-student/appropriate author rate and present the paper at the conference. Papers that are not presented will be excluded from submission to IEEE Xplore.

Note: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
